RARE FRONT DOUBLE PASSENGER SEAT FOR J7 VAN.
RE-TRIMMED IN BROWN VINYL.
FRAME HAS BEEN PAINTED WITH RED OXIDE SO NEEDS TOP COAT.

1996 Peugeot 106 (automatic)

Bought as a project car. It is now a serviceable vehicle, with an MOT and no major issues.

Work listed below completed on the vehical;

New wheel bearings, all around
New head Gasket and cam belt (head not skimmed)
New brake shoes and pads all around
New handbrake cables
All new tyres
New N/S drive shaft
New auxiliary belts

No major rust present, no crash damage.

Original Clarion CD radio included, with some other service spares.

Problems;

Fuel gauge is intermittently faulty. Problem is with the board on the back of the gauge, it isn’t making a good connection.

Engine is burning oil, I changed the head gasket to fix a water leak, which it did, but oil is burning about 0.5 liter every 1000 mile.
Compression hasn’t been checked the head either needs skimming or piston rings need changing.

Gear selector plastic trim is cracked.

Paint is starting the degrade.

One of the rear seatbelt clips needs replacing.
