Coupe concept unveiled in Beijing

Peugeot will unveil coupe concept at Beijing auto show

Peugeot will unveil a sports car concept at the Beijing auto show in April as PSA seeks to boost sales in the market to offset slow sales in Europe.

Peugeot said that the design of the unnamed concept reflects "an athletic and refined style philosophy" that future production models could later adopt.
The four-seat car has a low stance and is 1310m high and 4730mm long.

The concept is a further development of the Onyx supercar prototype unveiled by Peugeot at the 2012 Paris auto show.
PSA aims to increase its vehicle sales in China to 650,000 units in this year from 557,000 last year. The automaker is targeting a 5 percent market share in 2015, up from 3.6 percent in 2013.
Last year, Peugeot brand vehicle sales in China increased 26 percent to 272,000 units and Citroen's volume rose, also by 26 percent, to 285,000 units.
PSA plans to raise its annual production capacity in China to 950,000 units, up from 750,000 now.
