Peugeot gets new boss for Europe

Bruno, an Italian who has an economics degree, started her career at Ford in Italy in 2000, where her roles included brand manager, pricing specialist, and communications and media director. Bruno moved to Fiat in 2007 and was promoted to Lancia boss in 2013. She has led Jeep's European business since 2020.

Bruno, who was named a 2015 Rising Star by Automotive News Europe, will have a much bigger role within Stellantis at Peugeot, which last year was Europe's No. 5 brand by vehicle sales. Peugeot sold 619,173 cars in Europe in 2022, a 15 percent decrease that executives have largely attributed to shipping difficulties and parts shortages.
