CPUK AGM 2025

The British Motor Museum at Gaydon will again be the venue for the CPUK AGM which will be held on Sunday 30th November 2025 (see the formal announcement further below).
Members get entry to the Museum free of charge, while any guests will pay a reduced entry fee of £13. Entrance to the Museum entitles you to visit both the Museum and the Collections Centre where the reserve stocks of vehicles are kept. In total over 400 vehicles are on display, the largest collection of British vehicles in the UK. The Museum has continued to add new displays over the last 12 months and there are more new vehicles to view, particularly in the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust area of the Collections Centre.
The Museum opens at 10.00am, the AGM will commence at 11.00am but you are invited to arrive by 10.30am for tea, coffee and biscuits to be served in Lecture Room 1.
There is a restaurant on site, with a menu ranging from sandwiches to complete meals, where you can purchase lunch after the AGM.

CPUK AGM Announcement
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Club Peugeot UK for the year ending 30th September 2025 will be held commencing at 11.00am on Sunday 30th November 2025 in Lecture Room 1 at the British Motor Museum, Banbury Road, Gaydon, Warwickshire, CV35 0BJ.
The agenda for the AGM will be:
1. Apologies for absence.
2. Minutes of the 2024 AGM.
3. Matters arising.
4. Reports by the Membership Secretary, the Events Secretary and the Chairman who will present both the Treasurer’s report and the Chairman’s report. Included in the Treasurer’s report will be the appointment of the Accounts Examiner.
5. Adoption of the reports.
6. Election of the Club Committee.
7. AOB
8. Meeting close
If any member wishes to raise a particular matter at the AGM or to volunteer for any of the elected Committee positions, which are, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Events Secretary and Classified Administrator (copies of the duties and guidance notes may be obtained from the Secretary), please contact the Secretary by Sunday 26th October 2025.
If you would like to attend the AGM, or to send your apologies, please inform the Secretary by e-mail using secretary@clubpeugeotuk.org no later than Sunday 23rd November 2025.
The Minutes of the 2024 AGM, which are available on the Club website, will be emailed to those who say they will attend in advance of the meeting. The Club Accounts for the year ending 30th September 2025 will be distributed for examination at the start of the meeting.
