Farming Yesteryear - Scone Palace - Perthshire
The second of this year's new CPUK Scotland events is the 47th running of Farming Yesteryear organised by the Scottish Vintage Tractor & Engine Club.
Taking place at Scone Palace Parklands, next door to Perth Racecourse, this event has become very popular and very large (over 1200 entrants in 2025).
In a lovely setting, the focus is, of course, vintage tractors and plenty of them, but car club presence increases each year and there is a vast individual entry including cars, commercials, motorbikes, military, steamers, as well as working demonstrations and numerous trade stands with local products, auto jumble etc....
This show has a friendly, relaxed, end of season feel with something for everyone and a very busy parade ring; the tractor and fire engine laps being a particular crowd pleaser. All in all, a great family day out.
We have 8 spaces available on the club stand and as always, it's first come first served. A place on the stand includes 2 adult entries free of charge. Any under 12's also get free entry.
If you would like to attend, please let one of us know as soon as possible. Contact Trevor Ogg (t.ogg@sky,com) or Bruce Spalding (wbmspalding@tiscali.co.uk).
