Pippa Middleton at Roland Garros
Xavier Peugeot, director of marketing and communications and great great grandson of Armand Peugeot ,the founder of the Peugeot Motor Company was delighted to welcome Pippa Middleton into The Peugeot VIP enclosure at the French Open Tennis Tournament at Roland Garros this week.
Peugeot have been long term sponsors of the event and indeed many very "special edition" models have carried the Roland Garros name.
A Peugeot source said "Pippa was invited to Roland Garros by a friend who was a guest in the Peugeot VIP area hosted by Xavier. Once they realised who she was, she was introduced to a number of influential people. As a high profile and distinguished guest Xavier was pleased to present her with a gift that mark`s the firm`s bicentenary". The book she received charted the 200 year history of the brand and she looked "delighted" to receive it.
Maybe now Pippa will change her BMW Z4 for a shiny new Peugeot RCZ!
