Club Peugeot UK Terms and Conditions for Site Use
This web site is run by Club Peugeot UK and its use is governed by our Terms and conditions. Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms and condions which may be modified and updated by the CPUK committee without notice.
Access to the members area of the club website is restricted to paid up members of Club Peugeot UK only. Members are forbidden from allowing non members access to the members only sections of the site via use of their membership number.
Uploading images to the CPUK website automatically grants CPUK the right to publish and use these images across the website, in the club magazine or on the forum until such time as CPUK shall remove the images from the site. Copyright of all uploaded images remains with the original photographer.
Any text articles submitted or uploaded to the website automatically grants CPUK the right to publish said article across the website, in the club magazine or on the club forum until such time as CPUK shall remove the article. Copyright of all articles remains with the original creator who shall be credited as such.
From time to time Club Peugeot UK may share articles and images with other Peugeot owners clubs both nationally and internationally. Any credits associated with photography or text will be preserved, ownership of copyright of any text and images by the original creator will be preserved
The club reserves the right to remove or alter material that it deems unsuitable for publication. Images or text that defame or contain libelous material will be removed without warning.
