Notice is hereby given that the 2009 AGM of Club Peugeot UK will be held at 12 noon on Sunday 29th November at Peugeot Motor Company, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND.

If any member wishes to raise a particular matter or volunteer for any Committee position (copies of Duties and Guidance Notes may be obtained from the Secretary) please contact the Secretary at least 1 week prior to the AGM. It would also be helpful if those coming could give the Secretary notice so that the appropriate arrangements for catering can be made.
Background to resolution
In line with many other organisations operating in the current economic climate, the Committee is constantly reviewing the costs involved in running the Club in order that, wherever possible, they may be reduced. However, the Committee also believes that it is important to maintain and improve its current levels of activities to its members (ie events, magazine, website, etc). In order to do this the Committee recommends that they be given the authority by the members to increase the annual subscription fee prior to the next AGM should they consider it necessary.
RESOLUTION
The members agree that the Committee be given the authority to increase the annual subscription fee prior to the next AGM by a maximum of 2 GBP.
